night again. came home to actually all the roomates (maria's gone now but ive's friend vicki is visiting) in the kitchen and joined them for some chitchat while i made peanut pasta sauce, and they drank their appletinis. ive made me one too - she warned it would get me drunk and it's not kidding.
today was ok - my crew was all guys, and it was kind of weird to be party to that stuff i always forget about because i never spend time with all guys: jokey misogyny, trash talk, comparing notes on hot coworkers, and so on. that was whatever. i smiled a lot when la femme d'argent came on the ipod. once again there was a lot of time wasted for nonapparent reasons, but somehow i still canvassed more doors than i think i had yet. in bucks co. got a lot more refusals and generally rude responses than usual though. couple doorslams in face. whatever.
potluck's on for sunday. faboth, as i shall refrain from calling it, is more than satisfying so far.
